MIMIT adopted Salesforce for managing data, providers, and care for patients in one location. Successful adoption required an integration that would automate patient data sharing between the EHR and Salesforce. In response, ELLKAY provided that integration in real-time, allowing the sharing of data between systems and eliminating hours of duplicated work for staff. Providing interoperability between the EHR and Salesforce was necessary to interface patient demographics, scheduling, billing, and clinical data, eliminating the need for staff to spend time completing redundant data entry between the two systems.
